Remember I am running OpenBSD-current which is likely to link
different versions of libraries.  Which version of OpenBSD do you want
binaries for? I have CC'd in a developer who might be able to point us
in the right direction regarding this.

You can get the binaries for lzma from the package mirrors. I use
ftp://rt.fm, so if you wanted OpenBSD-4.3 packages you could go here:

ftp://rt.fm/pub/OpenBSD/4.3/packages/

The packages are just tgz's so you should be able to untar them to get
the binaries.
