The current status is that I'm waiting for an actual patch I can apply
from Peter M, to fix the linked_script symlink targets.

If you actually look at Build and the Makefile, you'll see that is
essentially what is happening.  They are not complicated.

The main difference is that with Build the binaries are stripped, which
we want for TL but you no doubt already have your own methods for
dealing with that in the OpenBSD distribution.
