<p>Assuming that you are using MS windows, make the preview window
active and drag it roughly half way across the screen. Make the
source window active and press <Windows>+<Right
arrow>. Finally make the preview window active and press
<Windows>+<Left arrow>. The first step is needed only
if you do not know how to make the preview window active other
than by using the mouse and clicking on it — if you are aware of
the other possibilities for making it active, then you can omit
the first step completely.</p>
