<p>It <i>may</i> work, Alain, but as a ".bib" file is not "a
related program" (indeed, not a program at all), I would be a
little surprised if it did.<br>

"Typesetting" in TeXworks you could perhaps try to change te
order of the "Path for TeX and related programs".</font></p>
<p><font face="Comic Sans MS">TeXworks is taking the first program
it meets following the path in the order given.</font></p>
<p><font face="Comic Sans MS">I do not know nor use a Mac, but
this solved for me another problem under lubuntu.</font></p>
