[texworks] Feature/enhancement request

I am delighted to report that no enhancement is needed : TeXworks 
selects the correct "typesetting engine" (the Algol-68 Genie 
compiler/interpreter) with the following top-of-file pragmat :

> COMMENT % !TeX Program=Algol-68
