[texworks] File 'tran-I.cls' not found

Hi,

I've just downloaded TeXworks and tried to run Paper.tex and got the 
message ! LaTeX Error: File 'tran-I.cls' not found.

Certainly that file can be downloaded from somewhere. But how?
