[texworks] Enable "hand" as viewing preference

Hi,

I use the preview magnifying glass very rarely, but I always use the
panning hand, especially on a laptop with a relatively small screen. Would
it be possible to have Edit/Preferences/Preview enable selecting the
default tool among the three options.
