[texworks] aux files cannot be deleted

I have had several times a problem that MIKTEX gives the error message:
"File ended while scanning use of \ltxdcomplibcodeindeed    I cannot delete
the aux.files , I cannot stop the programme.

I am using Metapost and I use Luamplib 

I can use the programme in most cases normally and it works perfect, but all
of a sudden,  after I changed something  it is completely stuck.

How can I avoid this error?
