[texworks] pdflatex+bibtex combo

In version 0.6.2 in the typesetting box there are choices for
pdfTeX, pdfLaTeX, BiBTeX, etc etc
but in previous versions a combo was available such as "pdfLaTeX+MakeIndex+BiBTeX"
how do I persuade TeXWorks to offer me that choice?
