When clicking on "Files", it shows me 
TeXworks-win-0.7-201704231104-git_1054454.zip (you can do that even 
without selecting a specific version first, in which case you have to 
scroll to the bottom of the list to get the latest file).

(The "direct downloads" seem to be a per-package property that can't 
easily be changed when uploading a new version)
