[texworks] Chinese autoconversion

It happened time to time, when I open my document, which is written in
English, I see it turned out a bunch of Chinese characters. What is the
problem here.

Today it happens again and I remember yesterday I tried to change the
encoding but then turned back to the utf-8. What is the problem here?
