Thanks for reporting. I posted a patch at
https://bitbucket.org/antoniomacri/texworks-logparser/issues/1/xetex-endl-endr-messages-are-not-detected
- as soon as it is applied you can download an updated logParser from
there, or wait a little until it is merged into Tw.
