[texworks] Unicode characters above USV+00FF not displaying

Could you post a TeX file for a one page document, so we can 
see where the problem could be!
And create this page from an export from Word as utf8 text 
as suggested by Philip.

For the table the suggestion of Siep to use excel2latex is 
very interesting to spare time.
