[texworks] Delay about 20s using file open dialog

Hi all,

since my update to:

TeXworks version : 0.4.6r.c29723a (official)
Install location : D:/texworks/TeXworks.exe
Library path     : C:/Users/hilbert/TeXworks\
pdfTeX location  : U:/texlive/bin/win32/pdftex.exe
Operating system : Windows 7 Service Pack 1, 64-bit
Qt4 version      : 5.1.0 (build) / 5.1.0 (runtime)

there is a significant delay about 20s using the file open/save dialog.

I also noticed a very short appearence (not readible) of a cmd-window on
the first compilation after the start of TeXWorks. (this was not the
case before).

additional information: I installed this version over an outdatet 0.5 beta
