[texworks] Alternative location for output PDF files (and, ideally, all non-source files)

A different solution is work in a local directory and synchronize this 
directory with your dropbox directory. Use the synchro program to filter 
what files should not include.

Give it a look to 'FreeFile Syns'. It has an option to automatically 
synchronize.
