[texworks] [XeTeX] Alternative location for output PDF files (and, ideally, all non-source files)

After a compilation, open the PDF in the
output directory manually by TeXworks, since TeXworks
cannot find the PDF as you experienced.
And continue editing and compiling.
Here preview window is refreshed by this way.
