[texworks] Alternative location for output PDF files (and, ideally, all non-source files)

Recent TeX engines do not break synctex.
Example. (source is test.tex)
mkdir out
xelatex -synctex=1 -output-directory=out test.tex
xelatex -synctex=1 -output-directory=out test.tex

First, open the "PDF" by texworks:
texworks out/test.pdf

Control+Left Click a suitable line on the pdf.
Then the source test.tex is opened,
and you can enjoy synctex.
