[texworks] Is there anything like to InstantTeX's IPC (InterProcess Communication) in TeXworks?

If InstantTeX's IPC means what I think it means you might be able to set up latexmk to continuously look for changes in a .tex file (i.e., you'll have to save changes) and then automatically update the pdf.
