[texworks] Restoring personal settings after upgrading TL12 -> TL13

Hi,

as every year, I did an upgrade of my TL-Installation.

The personal settings are stored in
C:/Users/<name>/.texlive2013/texmf-config/texworks/

Is there an easy and safe way to copy the right files from 2012 to 2013
folder?

I also would like to include the spell-check directories and my changes
to auto-completion in this process
