[texworks] Broken installation. Can't process ConTeXt files.

  Actually, it seems like he's doing the opposite, compiling a ConTeXt
source file with LaTeX, since it's complaining about \definepapersize, a
ConTeXt command.  Hugh, are you sure you're really using ConTeXt in the
Typeset menu?  The default is (some variant of) LaTeX, and that gets
reset each time you reopen a document, unless you've configured TeXworks
otherwise.

  Regarding your subsidiary question, the command to execute ConTeXt
(pdfTeX) from the command line is "texexec".  ConTeXt with pdfTeX as an
engine is also known as "Mark II" (MkII); nowadays many users use Mark IV
too, which runs on LuaTeX.  There are big differences between the two;
but of course you need to fix your configuration first.
