[texworks] "Download TeXworks" box, please test

Hi Stefan,

For me it works, I was proposed the Windows version 0.4.3 
(r858 if I look to the link).
Clicking it proposed to open or download.

But the link "Getting TeXworks" to your site, I think, 
didn't work.
