TeXworks is just an editor for composing TeX documents---it is not involved
in any package management tasks related to LaTeX components. The TeX
distribution you are using, MikTeX, is the software responsible for package
management:

 http://miktex.org/support

Since this is a general "TeX on Windows" question, you might try asking on
tex.stackexchange.com. Here is a similar question that may have some
