[texworks] Python scripting enabling in Miktex 2.09

Dear All,

I use TexWorks from Miktex 2.09 distribution.
There is LUA scripting enabled there.

I have built TWPythonPlugin.dll library in Qt Creator
and copied it to
the Miktex bin/texworks-plugins next to miktex209twluaplugin.dll.
No effect, it means Python script is not visible.

Is there any other way to get it right
