[texworks] line numbers Merge and text disappears

Hi!

Yesterday I did open it from TeXworks as recent file.
I did also open a second file for comparison.

But today I tried both ways and everything seems OK, no more 
overlapping lines!!!

So I can't say.

It is an article with everything in one file, but many pictures.
