[texworks] -shell-escape

I was able to get gnuplot called using texify.exe.

Paul Norman (thanks Paul) suggested I insert the line

%& --shell-escape

in my .tex file - this worked flawlessly. I get the added benefit of using a
solution that is safer, too.

So, I am happy.
