It's a fine font (by Professor Hermann Zapf) --- it's just that due to the level of ornamentation in the caps, it's not suitable for all-caps settings.

My suggestion would be to put it back to all Chancery, then set \TeX as TeX, or I can provide you w/ the text as a .pdf graphic using ITC Zapf Chancery non-swash.
