[texworks] UNC paths slow to work in Open dialog box

I seem to remember that this has been pointed out before. Maybe if you
do a search of GC...?

It does appear to be a Qt issue, however, as we just use the QFile and
QFileInfo (or the standard dialogs) to access files, regardless where
they are or how they are accessed. So there's nothing I see ATM that we
can do about it.
