[texworks] New Windows version - please test

Hi,

I'm a newcomer to this list.
I've made a simple test of the latest build for Windows by Stefan
in XP-SP3 and in Vista-Extreme, both 32bit.
The speed of the file-open dialog was normal in both cases.
