[texworks] MSVC build of Texworks

Waw, Thank you Stefan. The version at
http://web.student.tuwien.ac.at/~e0325258/projects/c/texworks/
is exactly what I want. So no need for MSVC compilation. It seems that
the latest version of QT does the job well.
