Thanks for the info!
Will repost over there at MiKTeX's list.
I already began to believe that it wasn't TeXworks-specific and rather a 
MiKTeX thing.

Keep up the good work, I am a TeXworks user on WXP and MacOSX (via MacTeX) 
and now that I am subscribed to this list I might in the future also come 
up with issues more TeXworks-related. :)
