Is there a standard Bibtex citation for TeXworks? According to the help
dialog, the authors are Jonathan Kew and Stefan L\"{o}ffler, but a
TUGboat or other paper about it would be a more acceptable citation in
most journals. Google leads me to TUGboat 29, p362; is that the
canonical reference?
