[texworks] Sweave with Texworks

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has set up Texworks to work with Sweave? Ideally,
I would like Texworks to do what Emacs + AucTeX does in that if I run Sweave
the resulting document would be a *.tex file that I can then run pdflatex
on.
