[texworks] Auto-follow focus as a persistent preference

Hi everyone,

At the moment, the "Auto-follow focus" option that was added in r.532 only works for the current source window. I'd really like a to see a persistent preference for this option. I suggest to place it into (Edit -) Preferences - Preview - Global preview options (NEW) - Auto-follow focus (NEW).
