[texworks] miktex settings

1. Upgrade miktex: 2.7->2.8
2. Install strawberry perl: www.strawberryperl.com
(http://strawberry-perl.googlecode.com/files/strawberry-perl-5.12.0.1.msi)
3. Use either texworks coming with miktex 2.8 or download from
http://code.google.com/p/texworks/ (I like
http://code.google.com/p/texworks/downloads/detail?name=TeXworks-setup-v0.3.0.567-build2.exe&can=2&q=)
and read http://code.google.com/p/texworks/wiki/AdvancedTypesettingTools
