Set Size for Selected text or rest of document

Presents a drop-down box with the Standard LaTeX font sizes from  tiny -to- Huge

For clarity in the editor--

If one or two words are selected {\tiny myWord} format is used
If three or more words are selected \being{tiny}myFirstWord
mySecondWord myThirdWord\end{tiny} format is used
And if nothing is selected, the command is simply inserted with a
space before and after.  \tiny
