[texworks] SCRIPTS: open folder for current file, turn lines of text into \items list

Hi,

Added a couple of scripts to the bottom of Scripting TeXworks
http://code.google.com/p/texworks/wiki/ScriptingTeXworks

'open folder for current file' - is MS Windows specific, but no doubt
easily altered (probably only one thing needs changing for other OS)

'turn lines of text into \itmes list' - does what it says and provides
options for two environments \begin{enumerate} \begin{itemize}
