I don't have Tiger, but 10.5.8 on a MacBook Pro. The experimental
version works well after setting the path by hand. Interestingly, the
path /usr/texbin is automatically converted from the symbolic link
location to the real location, which is
/usr/local/texlive/2009/bin/universal-darwin on my machine. This is
probably not what users would normally expect.

This version still doesn't remember that I hid the toolbars. They
appear every time I start the app and I still have to hide them
manually.

I love the new LaTeX errors tab on the output. This is going to make
my life *much* easier. But I wonder if it shouldn't be called "LaTeX
warnings" instead, since most of the entries will normally be nonfatal
warnings rather than fatal errors. Also, if I choose the errors tab it
doesn't switch back to Console output when I typeset, which is
confusing because I can't see that the typeset command started other
than in my CPU and disk meters. A preference to switch to the LaTeX
errors tab automatically after running would be nice, and then always
automatically switch back to Console output when a typeset run occurs.

Cheers,
James
