[texworks] Lua

Hi,

to those (few? many?) people out here who long to use lua as their
favoring scripting language for Tw, I've posted a new patch that
resurrects lua scripting, all new shiny and more powerful, and
integrating well into the new framework. See

I welcome any testing, in particular on non-Linux platforms.
