I'm not sure. That depends on how many people actually want to use Tw on
RedHat. If it's just you, there's no real need for a guide for others ;).
But anyway, assuming compiling and installing the helper libs are
essentially triggered by a few commands on the command line, this may be
helpful to include. So if it's just a ./configure && make, followed by
an hour of waiting for the build to finish, that's simple enough. If it
involves a lot of hacking/customizing/etc., this may not be so useful.
See the guide(s) for building Tw on Windows on the wiki for some hints
about the length/complexity of guides that have been put up in the past.
