[texworks] 'upgrading' texworks in miktex

Sorry, I didn't know about that. I'm not using MiKTeX myself. Are there
different versions of Tw in the MiKTeX tree (0.2 stable and 0.3 unstable)?

BTW: Between r479 and r485 there is not much difference, the majority of
changes were outside the source tree (to the website, the wiki, etc.).
