[texworks] Configuring Asymptote as a Texworks tool

Hi Stefan

Murphy's law: of course the %fullname should be $fullname!

The following works fine:

name=Asymptote
program=asy.exe
arguments=-batchView, "-tex=pdflatex", $fullname
showPdf=true

Although the equals sign is not required on the command line, it seems 
to be necessary here.
