[texworks] FreeBSD's port committed

One thing I noticed, looking at the port details:

     Required To Run: x11-toolkits/qt4-gui, devel/qt4-corelib, devel/ 
dbus-qt4, textproc/qt4-xml

I would have expected there to be non-devel packages corresponding to  
qt4-corelib and (perhaps) dbus-qt4 which should be adequate to run the  
program. The devel/* packages ought only to be needed when building.  
At least, that would be my guess - but maybe FreeBSD isn't arranged  
like that.
