[texworks] Auto-indent and Smart quote

Hi,

My bad about the auto-indent, I didn't see the setting in the  
preferences. By setting it
there, it is indeed saved between sessions. There's no such option  
for the smart
quotes at the moment. Perhaps it could be implemented in the future?
