[texworks] installer for TW on Windows - request for translations

As some people may have noticed, last night I posted a new TW build  
for Windows, this time packaged as an installer rather than just a zip  
file. This allows easy installation into a subdirectory of Program  
Files, and the addition of TeXworks to the Start menu, as well as  
(optionally) creating a desktop icon, and setting the file  
associations for .tex and .pdf documents.

The installer is created with Inno Setup, based on a script that  
Stefan provided a little while ago (many thanks!). Currently, the  
installer offers just English and German. I'm intending for it to  
support the rest of the current TeXworks UI languages as well; to  
facilitate this, I'd be very grateful if people could provide  
translations for the string:

     Open the following file types with TeXworks by default:

This is to appear as a title above the checkboxes that control  
whether .tex and .pdf documents are associated with the TeXworks  
application. (For any languages where we don't have a translation,  
there will be no heading here, though the options will still be  
available.)
