[texworks] New icon draft (was: About the Icon Design)

And another vector graphics version.
Changelog:
 * Removed the outline (which people didn't seem to like ;))
 * Made the T darker blue (using navy color)
 * Added a groove where the type would be aligned (just as in the
Blender version)
 * Added stains from old ink (just as in the Blender version)
 * Added scratches (just as in the Blender version)
 * Removed a highlight (which used blur - something pdf and other vector
graphic formats don't support)
 * Added an aqua/wave effect (porting the ink effect turned out not to
be easy).

What do you think?
