[texworks] German translation updates

Mathematica has similar menu items (following for Mathematica 7 on the  
Mac):

However it's not obvious whether or not Mathematica is localized in  
other languages than English. My copy only includes the English  
locale. At one point there existed a paid-for add-on from the French  
distributor for the French locale, I'm not sure it exists any more or  
it exists for other languages either.

BBEdit (a text editor for the Mac) includes similar functionality, but  
in the old version I own (7.1.4) the interface to it is graphical: first
