[texworks] running engines

Hi,

In order to be able to share ini files between platforms i have a 
request for the windows variant

context (mkiv) is run with a script mtxrun which on unix is called 
'mtxrun' and on windows 'mtxrun.cmd'; this works fine in texworks but 
for windows we explicitly have to add the .cmd; when i leave out the 
suffix i get the path popup (quite handy btw to see what paths are 
consulted)

it would be nice if the windows version would test for 'exe cmd bat' 
when a suffix is missing
