[texworks] Qmake files not found on Fedora 10

Qt4 is different from Qt3; if poppler-qt-devel depends on q3-devel  
then I doubt it's the right thing. TeXworks is a Qt4 project.

Isn't there a poppler-qt4-devel? Googling for [poppler-qt4 fedora]  
looks promising...
