Inverse search only works on Windows if you set -synctex=-1 (which
provides an uncompressed synctex file).  With that done, it all works
for me.  Spellchecking also works if you install the dictionaries (I've
taken my Thunderbird ones and copied them to C:\Documents and
Settings\joseph\TeXworks\dictionaries): you then have to tell TeXWorks
to use them.  Haven't yet tried the regex searching.
