Hi,

Here I give the list of development I would follow if I were the person 
in charge of the development.
Unfortunately I can not help for programming, but I can for 
documentation (I started a short manual) or testing.

- have a stable basic system to allow proposing it,
- implement project management, often one write big documents which are 
best dealt with in small files,
- implement the scripting system and/or the possibility to compile 
LaTeX, bibTeX, makeindex, LaTeX, LaTeX as in a make file
